In 2027, the four-year-old kindergarten program will transition to a rotational model. This change will enable an increase in hours for the three-year-old program while continuing to maximise available places in the four-year-old programs.
The four year old kinder programs will be offered across three days, with families selecting the two days that best meet their needs. Children will attend in a consistent group across two days and will always attend with the same core sub-group of 12-14 children.
This model provides stability with a core group whilst also offering opportunities to learn, play and explore relationships, with other children in the kinder community.
